It's been awhile. Are you on 6.0.10? If so 6.1.2 may help. I think you should also look at his deleted mailbox. When logged in as the Dr. go to messages then from the drop down for inbox look for deleted messages. Does he have a ton of messsages clogging up the system? If so delete them. If they do not delete or if this doesn't work shoot me an email and I will look at it with you.
