The only problems I ran into were on Vista machines - I think that is okay if you run as administrator and install full version which would let you take and come back to sync (option that says that).
I upgraded one Windows 2003 server and 9 XP machines in about 2 hours - either download to network accessible drive or use USB to carry around.
