The CD analogy is a good one. But, of course, it would be simple to click on the CD drive in your My Computer window.
It is easy to find the migration utility. When you go to the folder that is/was created by the install on C:\Program Files\Amazing Charts, it will be the only file with the world Migration in it.
You shouldn't have to find or create or add an .xml file.
