Lately my pharmacy request counter stays blank, weeks prior to that it had risen to 5 above the actual number of pending requests (so would show 5 if no requests were pending). Tuning the database would fix this in the old days but I had to get AC to tune it a couple of months ago because when I try to run the DBtuner I get an "Authorization Failed" popup (a "known" issue). I thought that AC was fixing that issue when they remoted in, but it looks like they did not. Anyone else? AC ticket for this has been in since March 23rd.

Also, I keep getting a Message alert of each new pharmacy requests in my Inbox even though the box to activate this is unchecked. Weirdly, if I check the box under the pharmacy tab for this in My Preferences and close the window (I do not see any "Save" button), when I return to it the box is unchecked. AC says they will have to look into this one, and they are still looking... Having to manually delete each of these messages is time I could be playing a Theremin. Whooooup!
