I had significant issues with upgrading my test server from 9.2 to 9.3. I had to wait over the weekend to get a code. When I went to chat tech support was not available, but product support was able to get me a key.

There are different keys, by the way. One is for installing and another is if you start the program and it states you need a key. Sometimes you need both sleep

I do understand the need for increased security but the execution has not been perfected.
