Does the external database security part affect a 3rd party client reading AC database? Specifically we use PRIME FigMD registry. That is the AAFP contractor with an data extraction tool sitting on the server accessing the AC database for MACRA/MIPS quality measures.
Yes it will.
AC now requires you to execute some paperwork with them, or they will have to provision external users. In moving to 9.2, a client that had an external vendor had to be re-configured.
We get AC to complete the documents with the client before we do the upgrade now that we know - first time out it was a pisser.
