thanks for your assistance but it does not work for me. For example, when I click on "SET APPOINTMENT COLORS", it creates a dialog box with a dropdown for appointment type but there are NO appointment types listed nor a way to add any appointment types. So I am STYMIED until techsupport wakes up.
