The thing that bothers me about support is not that they have an issue fixing something. Even Microsoft does. But, from what I read on the board, they far too often blame something it isn't or, worses, blame the user.

Looking back at e-mails, I got this confirmation e-mail on 8-20 when I ordered the service; but nothing after that.
