Did you get the email, where it was "mandatory" to have them log in and set it up? I still haven't done it. I don't need the incremental. Plus, I like full backups anyway. I could see where it would be useful if you had a lot of Imported Items.

The thing that bothers me about support is not that they have an issue fixing something. Even Microsoft does. But, from what I read on the board, they far too often blame something it isn't or, worses, blame the user.
