So Bert, you can make it by "avoiding car ownership" and living with a partner! Swedes also get more than a year of paid maternity/paternity leave. So, if your MA inevitably becomes pregnant, your business will be paying her salary for more than a year, in addition to another worker to take her place. Socialism is great for the consumers of resources, bad for the producers.
