This is happening to only one staff member. When she logs out (either using the File,Logout menu or Ctrl+L) the following error occurs.

It's strange because it doesn't happen to the doctor who comes in right afterwards to login and logout when he's done in the room.
It is happening multiple times a day on at least 4 different computers. We've had 8.2.2 for about 2 weeks and it seems to be happening very often since then so I wonder if it is a bug.
Does anybody have tips about where to start troubleshooting?
(I've done the usual restarting of the main computer and the affected computers as well as trying to start from a clean install of Windows on one computer but it still keeps happening).
