No I haven't. I am too skeptical right now with their support. I had to kindly urge the last guardian angel who remoted in to my main computer to stop changing folder permissions as it wasn't even addressing the issue I was having. He indeed told me afterwards that he was fairly new.
Perhaps a more senior level tech could help but the ones I used to contact have told me they've been reassigned to the development team and are no longer available in a customer support role.
