Luis we have been having the same problem. We played with V.7.0 and then stepped back to 6.4 and got hit with all of this memory errors and exceptions. I would like to point out that we were "Beta testing", but we didn't contribute one bit to AC's development of Ver 7.0 and no one in our office,least of all me, has the IT chops to be an effective beta site. They let us test it because I am old and pitiful and I was a pest.
Anyway we had the problems, thought it would be a quick fix, (change a partition, add some RAM, delete some old copies of Back ups?) and it wasn't. My IT guys fiddled with it, then I called AC support and got a new guy I never heard of and I let him get on the server, and several hours later we needed to have our server re-formatted. This was a painful and very expensive experience.
What I figured out? What Dan said, it is just fine to restart AC after every couple of patients. In fact I like doing it, it's like a coffee break without all the annoying caffiene.
I suspect this is a bug in AC, it is definitely something that only happens with AC since we got the STUPID letter writer (that I don't like).
