I apologize for rehashing an old topic, but...
I continue to suffer for many months now from AC spitting out a variety of "unhandled exception" errors when I try to generate a letter, clinical summary, order, or script. The most common one is "system out of memory exception", although there are numerous others, such as "parameter not valid", "invocation", etc. They seem to occur in random order. When I close AC and restart, it will stop doing it, then somewhere after 5-10 orders/letters/scripts/summaries, it will happen again. I have effectively deleted the vast majority of "saved" and "pending" orders, so obviously this is not causing it....

In reading about many of these unhandled exception errors, the suggestion is made that they might be due to restriction of memory afforded to SQL. They have even discussed turning on a "3G switch" in SQL. I upgraded to v6.6.5, which has not resolved the issue (as a matter of fact, it might be a bit more frequent now). I have upgraded both my office computer and my main computer. My main computer has 12G ram and is 64 bit Windows Ultimate. My office computer , where I do most of my work, is windows 8.1 pro 12G ram. The problem also occurs in my exam room computers as well, so I think it is probably related to something within the main computer...

Is anyone else out there experiencing these, or is just me?? Any thoughts?? AC support is working on the issue, but as of yet, no solution....
