I tried to search solution but could not find one here.
Biggest problem I have now is disappearing progress note.
After I finish writing today's note, then forward to myself.
But more than 20% of cases, if I open the forwarded note, it is blank !!
Not once, very often. I am afraid to use amazing chart now and do print all data as a back up, which is a tedious job.
Anyone has solution?
