Was this ever resolved? I am having the same problem says 0 but it states passed
For the provider in question on this thread, it turned out to be a time out issue with the report. If your report is blank, with just a 0 in the exclusion column then please contact me at mdabeck@amazingcharts.com and we can set up a time to work on this issue.
If your CQM's are showing 0's in all the columns, then the most likely issue is the lack of office visit CPT codes on the superbills. These codes need to be entered on the superbill for each visit (even if you are not using AC for billing) so the program can track multiple visits.
