Mark from Amazing Charts here. I shot you a PM about this issue. I have encountered this error before in a couple practices and there are a couple things it could be. First is there is a bad data set in the program somewhere causing the report to error out (possible special character somewhere that it is not supposed to be). This is rare, but possible. The other option is the report might have a random glitch that blanks out the CQMs. I would have to remote into your computer to see exactly what is going on.
