I attested in 2011 and I have to keep going this year. I believe that once you start you must continue or they can make you give back the money you already received.
RR, I really do not think that is true. Short of fraud, I don't believe there is any statement or intention of CMS to force you to continue with the incentive program, let alone taking back funds you have already received. If you can point to a CMS publication or faq that says otherwise, please do so.
I certainly understand your desire to get this problem fixed, and would encourage you to aggressively pursue the help offered by Mark at AC to address the problem. I do not think the incentive money you already received is at risk.
Nancy, I believe that what you are saying is correct. I believe the posters above are talking about year 2 of attestation, NOT stage 2 of MU.
