Importing patient
demographics from other programs is commonly done, and does not have to be hard.
I went through the process a few months ago, and hit every possible snag along the way, but persevered, and overcame. For that reason, I think I can now be considered an expert!
I would be glad to entertain any questions on this subject.
I think the original poster was talking about importing actual
notes from another EMR.
