I was actually going to ask about this very issue. Being a typical "Tim Allen" type of guy, I downloaded AC onto my network, got it talking to my other computers and proceeded to enter some fictitious patients when I decided to read the instructions about importing demographics from my AR Billing program. I read that before using AC, I should have imported all my demographic info first...before entering any patients. Now I've learned, not unlike other experiences (after the fact) that it would have been better to follow the instructions. I also learned that for obvious reasons, I can't delete my fictitious patients names and info. So, Can I still import my other "real" patients without running into problems later (something the instructions state mught happen)? I hate it when i need an Al Borland type to rescue me.
