Thanks...I was flirting with a similiar idea. I was just going to rename the original AC database folder and create a new one. I just downloaded the program this weekend to "try out." But everything I've read from this user's board has me leaning in the "just go ahead and buy it category." Bert, and you and BCMD and Vinnymeyer and others are definately strong advocates for the program. It is amazingly easy to use....a flat learning curve as many of you have said. It seems to satisfy what I am looking for primarily. That is, ease of chart flow in the office. Less time looking for charts when patients or others call. I already use Dragon...12 years worth, so my notes were generally done once I left the room. But I currently, I am far from finished with chart, even though my documentation is done.
