Cruise the Bahamas, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands would be top considerations that time of year.
Of course for central locations Chicago (average high 35), Toronto (32 avg) or Edmonton (avg 21) are also in the running for fun spots to take a break on the beach (well, OK maybe not Edmonton) These spots would be equally lovely to arrive for everyone.
