Fly across the USofA in Nov/Dec?!?!?
Not that weather on the East Coast won't be balmy and mild, but fly-over country can be brutal (my upbringing was Colo, Missouri and Nebraska) and the risk of delays/cancellations is always there (used to attend ASN, always in late Nov / early Dec, and always Chicago or D.C., and always had travel woes).
Please strongly consider video conferencing/streaming of the conference. I know that may mean missing meeting other AC users, but heck we could gather in some of the UserGroup sites.
