I have had dragon medical since ver 1.0. I currently have 2 licenses for 10.1, one for myself and one for a part-time doc in the practice. Since I put the work stations in the exam rooms, I hardly use dragon. This is for two reasons; 1. my voice files are on my personal office computer and 2. my patients kept on trying to ask me questions while I was dictating with them in the room. (when I use to use my personal laptop with dragon on it). I am becoming more proficient in my typing and in the use of templates. I am not wanting to buy a "Network" version of Dragon to replace what I have.
