if it is worth the extra money to get Dragon 11 medical version rather then the 10.
Dragon Medical is the only version that will allow dictation directly into Amazing Charts, or any other EMR for that matter.
I found that 11 is marginally better than 10 if you have a new computer. It is a bit faster and more accurate, possibly because it can use the new dual core processors like the Intel i3, i5, i7. Also a few of the annoyances of using with AC are improved, such as the
inadvertent field changes .
