Im my experience the autotransfer (Prescribed meds" ->"Current Meds" occurs even if you first enter the "Current MEds" then Reconcile, then(later) Prescribe new meds and then use any template in ROS or HPI - again even if the CUrrent meds had been entered first and reconcilled, the newly prescribed meds are autotransferred as "Current Meds" simply by using a template in HPI or ROS (or perhaps othes)
