As a consultant, I absolutely need to keep the patient's original medications (entered in the "Current Rx", field then reconcilled ) separate from the ones I prescribe during my visit whcih are written in "Write Scripts" pop-up window which transfers them to the "Plan" field .
Yet, once these two separate entries are entered in their respective fields, my newly prescribed medications somehow automatically transfer to incorrectly appear in the "current Rx "field as I am filling in other fields such as HPI or ROS - particularly if I use a template.
Does anyone have a solution??
This appears to be buggy software, exacerbated by apathetic support. I am frustrated and sad.
Its just not what I expected . . . .
