MFC? please forgive my shocking lack of computer software information.
we try and get the letter to pretty much any physician that has a hand in the patient's care and in some cases, that is 2+ doctors. we used to mail out each letter, but now i fax them. trying to cut down on cost and time - so i can figure out AC.
