Last perhaps BEST Suggestion as "time consuming" as it might be. It would NOT be the last time somebody had to "Redo" their notes. Make sure you have the Right DOS when you start and save and use those printed out notes to "Re-do" your homework, and simply re-enter your notes as though you were doing them that day. Like many docs my wife starts a chart and note on every encounter as the walk thru the door but sometimes completes those notes at the end of the day, if not even days later....
Now you will have your notes and charts Exactly as you want them in the format you want them and use everyday in your ever growing database. By the time you work this, try that, and frustrate yourself five other ways you probably could have re-done the notes 2 or 3 times already..... We're not talking multiple days with like 50 or 100 encounters here....
