I always hate it when I forget to add a topic to my watch list. I have always thought it should be an opt out vs an opt in.
I guess a few either too offense to this comment or didn't understand it. Wow! My apologies.
It was simply meant to reflect the sad commentary on today's medical system and how we must practice defensive medicine. I think it is a valid concern to know who is documenting what on whose patient, but I am just not concerned about the medicolegal aspect. I just don't have time for that.
So, yes, it is sad.
