I share your concern about viewing automated interfaces when I am away. My approach has been to check daily via Logmein, but that does "tether" you to the office, and is tough during the mountain hikes.
Updox, of course lets you or your staff see all incoming faxes. I predict that one of these days the Queen of Paperport will make the switch!
