I have not had luck following your instructions to get rid of old e-Rx requests. I followed all your directions and when I click on the patient's name, as you state (Next click on each patient's name, and in the window that opens), no window opens. I then tried right clicking on the patient's name and a drop down window appears but there is no "deny" selection. Could you please advise, if there is something I am missing.
