What part of the NewCrop window are you in? It should say "Status" on the top center. The physician's name should be on the far right. The next section below the thick blue lines should be titled "Pharmacy Renewal Requests". The patient names should be in blue, and the cursor should change to a "hand" when passed over the patient's name, which then becomes underlined, indicating it is a hyperlink. Clicking on the name opens another window, called "Pharmcom Pt Selection", with the "Deny" button just under the patient name in the Patient Search Results.
If you don't have the patient name(s) as active links to the search window, you should call (888-236-1013) or email (customersupport@newcroprx.com) NewCrop to troubleshoot. This isn't an AC problem.
