You can see the list of pharmacy requests: main page the online services drop menu's first choice OR control + P will take you there. Once you see the name of the pt, you need to choose the pt individually, either scroll down or Control M to the medications ( you can refill from multiple screens) and then choose the refill.
There is no ok to a list of requests. Apparantly this is intentionally done to protect from errors.
To my knowledge, you cannot shut it off. Consider setting an " appt time" to refill medications on a daily basis, and then you can look at the the incoming requests. Just faxing will still require you to somehow keep a copy that you sent it for the Rxs that are faxed, but "misdirected."
