The refill requests from the pharmacies may take a few weeks to start coming. You don't need to take any action, as long as the pharmacies are receiving your eRx's.
The staff can enter the patient's meds in the prescribing window, and save them. But only the provider's account login can dispatch the eRx to the pharmacy. There used to be a staff "hold" area for eRx's on the NewCrop windows, but it doesn't work in version 5 ePrescribing.
