You may deny from that screen - to refill a med you have to open the pt. medication prescribing pg, choose use NEWCROP and then do the fills. This is because NEWCROP requires you to look at all the pt meds to do a refill. It is a safety feature - hopefully within a month or so the newest version of AC will come out and completely change this......will be great.
