We have always found it quicker to do just do a mass import with our Fujitsu scanner and generate multiple PDF files. This makes better use of the very fast sheet feeder speed and allows using all features of the scansnap software for changing settings (incl black and white). Then, we do the import of each file into each patients chart after patient has left window and we have given them back their documents.
