We have tried the resolution of 100x100, but did not think it was as legible especially for documents with smaller fonts. We do get that option when we scan through AC and that is not a problem. But ideally what we are looking for is the Black and white option, as that reduces the size quite a bit.
As for doing the mass import, we have found it convenient to do it on a per patient basis, directly to AC, as it avoids an extra step.
