apricot Member Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 148 TX	We had same problems with Fujitsu We found a way around by selecting (WIA) scanner interface instead of TWAIN Unfortunately AC versions 3.7.14 and above don't support Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) scanner interface, but only TWAIN I asked AC support regarding this issue, but they are not planning to add (WIA) scanner interface to the new versions Apparently they don't think it is an important issue That's why I am still using old AC version
