I use Version 4 in my office and have very good luck - it is faster and since my office is paperless and all my information is stored in Amazing Charts that is important. As an indication - I had almost 4800 visits last year plus nursing only visits, bp checks, etc. We electronically download all labs and import all x-rays, consults, etc. Version 4 is fast on all my machines and since I took off my two vista machines I really don't get any errors any more - tended to have problems when I entered vaccines during a visit with my vista machines (dumped out when I tried to enter more than 1 immunization at a visit).
