I used the billing part of ac for one month and promptly got to work finding another option. I think that's what a lot of us do.
The New Crop program does not need to know about the insurance. It does pick up the demographics to write the script.
The eprescribing does not pick up the meds that are in your ac list, but you can add them to the eprescribing list wihtout send them as a script. You can choose a button that says Finish/add to current meds. It drops it into your eprescribing list.
The synchronizing has a few hiccups too. If you get to that point, let me know and I'll be glad to help.
