We too were considering purchasing the NewCrop interface and
I spoke with AC yesterday and there will be a new E-rx interface coming out "this winter". For the interim will probable stay with the free AllScripts program. While it claims to allow batch refill requests (a tab called "tasks") I have yet to see any renewal requests but the regular e-prescribing works well. Demographic are easily filled in by using revere phone number searching which is an option.
