So I am currently running version 3.6.19 and I am now having a problem directly uploading my claims to Office ally. See, Horizon now is paying me some of the claims under my group name and some of the claims under my name....some of the claims are being paid as "out of network" . I was told it was because my group NPI was not in the right box. REALLY....you told me in the beginning all that you need is the Tax ID!!! Anyway, how can I fix the master form to include the group NPI. I don't see a box in the administration module to put ion the group NPI. Do I need to upgrade all the computers to 3.7?
