This may have beed addressed before, but I could not find it in my search. Is there any way to search the EMR for information included in an addendum? It appears that the search engine for the reports totally neglects to offer "Addendum" as a category... which is pretty lame. I record procedures and pre-operative cataract surgery assessments as an addendum. However, I appear to be out of luck if I want to search for info located in that section. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks.
