Hi People:
This is tiny trick I just found incidentally today. It is probably know by many but I will share it anyhow. You can add comments to on the top of the schedule on any particular date by doing a right click on the provider's name. Then you can type a brief message regarding that particular date which will be seen highlighted in yellow.

Ya we love that one. Nancy like to only see one or two new patients a day and so she will Put "No more New Pts" up there. I set myself up as a provider so I could have a schedule in the system too and as a place to add extra notes up there too, like as a reminder for my own meetings and things to do. Plus it allows me to play with James Bond and the rest of the system with full access. At some point AC should set up the new 4.0 to allow PM's such access to things all while still being PM's and not real docs. I'm the one who does the system stuff here so I need to be able to play with anything, at least this way AC is recording my movements and changes as mine instead of Nancy's if I was to have to log in as her just to test or play with things. Better that the PM was known for messing something up while doing an install or the like instead of the doc messing up, right?
Lastly, before the reminder system came about we set up a false provider that AC is aware of and OK with, called Dr Raymond Reminder so we could put patients in his slots 3 months out for F/U visits and the like. I still like Raymond at times better than the present system, but it too has it's own advantages too and I'm glad it is there. Thanks AC!
