I submitted an "improvement" on that, just today, through amazing charts RECOMMEND IMPROVEMENTS under the HELP menu on the menu bar. It seems this latest release (3.1.8) is to blame. i don't recall the "bug" in past releases. Would love to see it fixed. Because when we print notes to send to paper offices we are wasting alot of paper!
