I wonder how Visual Studio NET would work with it. I know a lot of developers don't like it due to its lack of backwards compatability, plus there is obviously a learning curve. My programmer who does our medical software is making the switch -- we'll see.

As to the letters, I find that there are many things which could be done to improve it. The overall formatting leaves a lot to be desired. By default, it breaks a lot of "rules" of letter etiquette such as the inside address should be four lines below the date with the Re and/or salutation then being two lines below the address. I have to change that manually each time. I think the options at the bottom would make more sense to be off by default so just the letter prints and if one wished to print the note with it, they could add that. Once the note is set for preview to be printed, there is no way to adjust the letter to be centered in the page.

It would be nice if it saved in PDF rather than HTML or used Word as its editor, but those are probably proprietary things.
