Got an email today from AC about the upgrade, which is good. (A regular email, not in the program).

However... it says this if you do the upgrade yourself: " Self-Serve – Click here to access the step-by-step guide for completing the upgrade. Please ensure you have an IT professional on your end if you choose to use this option.

I thought we were told this was an easy process that did not require IT support.
Does this represent a change?
