Also I'll add the question of does anybody know how to "turn off" the HP extra software that I installed a long time ago and now launches itself when ever I try and scan something from a patient's chart instead of letting AC be the software? I'm not sure whether to remove it or not because it maybe connected to the driver that is running the entire printer, AIO. Thanks.
