Averaging 1-2 claims denied per day due to AC delay in pushing out ICD-10 code changes that occurred 10/1/2017, AC support 10/11/2017 informed me to expect this to automatically be "pushed" out to subscribers in the coming weeks. Each time claims are denied, I have to go into OfficeAlly ClaimFix and type ICD-10 as provide by AC and search in OfficeAlly to find the new additional digits required. Then when OfficeAlly accepts claim and submits to payer, sometime payer rejects claim, I suspect because payer has not updated ICD-10s either, so I have had to be creative and try to find applicable ICD10s that haven't changed with the 10/1/2017 update. Its been hit or miss...
